ST. JUDE SUNDAY OF HOPE

The Savannah (GA) Alumni Chapter is a proud supporter of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. As St. Jude is a national partner of Kappa Alpha Psi fraternity, Inc., we strive to raise funds to support St. Jude's lifesaving mission of finding cures for children battling cancer and other life-threatening diseases. Donations helps families to never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing or food because all a family should worry about is helping their child to survive.

Treatments invented at St. Jude have helped push the overall childhood cancer survival rate from 20% to more than 80% since it opened more than 50 years ago.

For more than two decades, Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. has stood shoulder-to-shoulder with St. Jude in efforts to create impactful change in the lives of children worldwide with cancer and other catastrophic diseases. Since 2003, the fraternity has raised more than $3.1 million for the renowned children’s hospital through programs like St. Jude Sunday of Hope and the annual St. Jude Walk, held during Childhood Cancer Awareness Month each September.

In February 2024, Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. announced a new goal of raising an additional $2 million over three years to further support research and treatment of catastrophic childhood diseases.

Join us! Together we can help St. Jude change the world.
